Meet Jo – Our Director/Operations Manager.
With over 30 years of experience in the community sector, Jo brings deep knowledge, compassion and leadership to everything that she does. 

Holding a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (that’s fancy talk for “she knows her stuff”), Jo is dedicated to delivering high quality, person-centred support

She is known for her warmth, strong work ethic, and commitment to empowering others. Outside of work, you’ll find her watching Home & Away (yes, she’s a big fan!), belting out her favourite tunes at karaoke, swimming or spending quality time with her family or her 5 beloved poodles

Meet Chris – Our Director/Community Manager
Chris brings energy, empathy, and a whole lot of heart to his role at Coast 2 Castle. With a background in both childcare and disability services, he’s passionate about building genuine connections and supporting others with honesty and care.

Charismatic, sociable, and always ready to help, Chris is a friendly face you can count on. Outside of work, he’s a big rugby league fan, a Doctor Who enthusiast, and a proud cat dad to three furry companions

Whether he’s cheering on his team, chatting sci-fi, or connecting with participants, Chris brings a warm and approachable vibe to everything he does.

Meet Natasha – Our Director/Client Intake Manager.
With a strong background in childcare and over five years of experience in the disability sector, Natasha brings a strong foundation of knowledge, empathy and dedication to her role

As the first point of contact, Natasha supports new participants through the intake process with professionalism and a deep commitment to person-centred care. She is known for her friendly and compassionate nature and determination. She is committed to advocating for others to feel heard, respected and empowered. Her warmth, caring and down-to-earth attitude make Natasha a trusted and approachable guide for new clients and their families

Originally from the UK, Natasha made Australia home 9 years ago and hasn’t looked back. Outside of work, Natasha keeps life fun and balanced. She’s a trivia buff, a board game enthusiast, a beach lover and there is no doubt that you’ll find her dogs by her side
